My deluxe king room and all facilities were clean. It was non-smoking and easy to move around, private bathroom. The hotel was in the central setting near the highway. The staff was welcoming and my stay was great, will be back.

The hotel is clean, with fantastically friendly personal, and offers perfect location adjacent to the expressway, downtown.

The continental breakfast was warm, lots of options.

The staff and location were good. The breakfast included cookies, fruit and hot waffles, loved this place.

Wonderful place to stay whilst in Kansas City. Lots of appetising food. Bed was extremely comfy, I enjoyed it. Smooth check in and FANTASTIC service.

Our breakfasts were for the price. Everything was good during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was a little small bathroom.

I have just returned from a really really nice stay in this pet-friendly hotel, non-smoking rooms. Set next to the freeway and interstate and all the attractions in the nice enough area.

Reasonably priced pet-friendly place, it has comfy location really close to all the attractions and downtown and interstate.

Knowledgeable staff, rooms are elegant and cool enough, and location is ideal. Rooms with double bed, working AC.

We appreciated this peaceful place and its enjoyable location. Generally everything was fine, but the bathroom was old. Restaurant in hotel was good and the pool area was clean. With the help of the amazing friendly staff, we had a fun stay.

All in all an economical hotel and amazing stay. Spotlessly clean place, fabulously friendly stuff, decent location. There where free WiFi and microwave in the room, loved that. An amazing beach, particularly nice view. I was happy to find Pizza Hut, it was at a short distance from the property and served nice food.

It was fine time in Kansas City. Courteous staff, cool enough room, everything was outstanding. The good service was provided in this inexpensive hotel.

worth its 3 stars. it's perfect place for sightseeing and exploring kansas city. greatly enjoyed having central heating, a coffee maker and a writing table in the good room. only 15 min walk to downtown.

Only average room, exceptionally comfortable beds and pleasant enough staff. The staff did all they can for a really really nice stay. Hotel was absolutely clean. Pretty decent location to screenland armour theater. The food they offered was pretty good, had lots of meals.

Very clean, EASY location, really cool rooms. They made my stay such wonderful. Based in a sketchy area. Outstanding service and reasonable value.

Unique base for exploring North Kansas City. We enjoyed the facilities and staff. There were fruit, hot waffles, muffins, cereal and yogurt for breakfast every day;))
